The Raised Panel Door Factory is seeking a reliable Machine Operator for our custom cabinet door shop. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery for cabinet door production (saws, routers, sanders, etc.).
• Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety procedures.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment (cleaning, minor adjustments).
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

Basic Skills Required (Training Provided):

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to read and measure accurately (fractions and decimals).
• Basic mechanical skills (using hand tools and operating machines).
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

• 1+ years of experience in woodworking, carpentry, or manufacturing.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

Starting Pay:

• $12 - $14 per hour, depending on experience.
