• Minimum three years in aerospace fasteners manufacturing, preferably with aluminum.
• Experience with setup and operation of crimping and tapping machines.

Job Details

• Schedule: Thursday-Sunday, 6AM-4:30PM
• Pay: $20-$25/hr
• Training: Weekday training required

Responsibilities

• Set up crimping machines
• Troubleshoot machinery issues
• Notify supervisor for tooling, taps, and repair parts
• Operate crimper according to schedule
• Understand crimping sequences
• Maintain tooling cleanliness and functionality
• Understand inventory system and reordering process

*This role may require participation in regular training and providing training to others as needed.*

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with setup and operation of crimping and tapping machines
• Experience working with aluminum
• Ability to interpret part drawings and use measuring tools
• Minimum three years in aerospace fasteners manufacturing, preferably with aluminum nuts tapping and crimping
• SPC experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $20-$25/hr
