Description

What your day will look like:

• Understand and program that the machine needs for proper vacuum packing.
• Identify scheduled products to be packed.
• Bring appropriate carts with product trays to load for packaging.
• Verify the correct amounts of product to be packed and the correct film to use.
• Arrange plastic rolls/films to set up the machine for packing.
• Ensure the machine is running correctly at the correct speed for production.
• Visually check the seal to ensure that it is tight and that no food material is in the seal.
• Properly label each package.
