A leading company seeks a Coil Winder for their Transformer Fabrication Winding Department. The role involves operating coil winding machines to produce windings for various types of transformers, requiring attention to detail and experience with hand tools. Applicants are expected to have a high school diploma with a preference for candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment.
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Coil Winder who will work in our Transformer Fabrication Winding Department. The Coil Winder will operate or tend coil winding machines to produce the winding portion of low voltage, medium voltage, high voltage, high current, high power transformers including: potential transformers, current transformers, dielectric, regulators, motor test sets, compensation reactors, resonance test sets, core loss, re-closer, column regulators, AC, DC transformers. Attach, alter, and trim materials such as wire, insulation, and coils, using hand tools. The role will be based in our Accident Maryland Facility reporting to the Production Supervisor.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, file paperwork, and use telephones. Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job related skills, as well as relevant education or training experience.
Hourly Pay Range Minimum $17.14 - Midpoint $21.42
