Position Reporting To

Production Supervisor

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Read work instructions to determine job specifications, machine adjustments, and material requirements.
• Make general decisions regarding quality, tolerances, and operation sequence.
• Produce quality products using quality plans and work instructions.
• Document work completed using the manufacturing system.
• Analyze and make adjustments to CNC equipment and controls to meet specifications.
• Recognize and respond to hazardous materials conditions, following safety procedures.
• Use measuring tools such as dial calipers, snap gauges, or micrometers.
• Monitor machine/equipment functioning and take corrective actions as needed.
• Stack, mark, pack, and transport finished workpieces.
• Work overtime as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years CNC machine experience, including multi-functional equipment.
• Ability to interpret shop mathematics, drawings, and measurements.
• Capable of training co-workers and following quality plans and instructions.
• Ability to read CNC control panels and follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
