An established industry player is seeking a skilled Machine Operator for their CNC Motoman Cell on the 3rd shift. Responsible for running Robotic Cells which includes manual lathes such as, but not limited to, Mazak or Okuma, to chuck up and turn parts to specified dimensions. Operates Robots, Center Bench, Heat Treat and Hobb or Rack Roller. Stacks finished parts in shipping containers.Make adjustments and perform tool changes. Inspects parts to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Hourly Pay Range: $18.50 - $21.75 + $1.00 shift adder for 3rd shift
Essential Functions:
· Reads work orders and blueprint specifications to determine what program needs to be run
· Reviews material requirements and determines what machine adjustments need to be made
· Ability to set machines up with program provided and make adjustments as needed
· Ability to manually maneuver Robots when necessary
· Ability to multi-task several operations
· Measures parts to ensure dimensional accuracy using numerous precision gauges including but not limited to snap gauges, height gauges, calipers, dial indicator and micrometers
· Follows written and oral work instruction
· Works well with supervision and co-workers

Education and Training
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Qualifications
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Basic math skills
· Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as, but not limited to calipers, snap gauges, height gauges, ring gauges, pin gauges and micrometers.
· Ability to read blueprints.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work well with others.
· Ability to read blueprints and orders
· Computer literacy to record information
Physical Demands
· Ability to stand continuously for 8 – 12 hours
· Ability to work in tight places
· Strength and manual dexterity sufficient to operate tools to make repairs
· Ability to lift up to 20 pounds repetitively
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. occasionally
· Ability to twist, bend and lift repetitivel y
· Ability to stand, crouch and climb to perform repairs, use ladders and perform various types of manual labor
· Good eye/hand coordination and good motor skills
Environmental Conditions
· Exposure to loud noises
· Exposure to hot and humid conditions
· Exposure to coolants, oils, grease and water
· Ear and Eye protection required at all times in all production areas
· Steel toe boots with integrated metatarsal guards required in production area
