A full-service mechanical contractor is looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join their manufacturing shop in Asheboro, NC. The position entails creating parts packages, managing inventory, and supporting production activities. Candidates should have a high school diploma, bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish, and previous experience as a machine operator. Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and speaking either English or Spanish is required.
• Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Create nested parts packages and upload them to production equipment.
• Manage incoming material inventory and assist operators with maintenance.
• Cut and guide electrode along lines to melt metal.

Skills

Ability to read blueprints
