Job summary

All Weather Architectural Aluminum seeks a CNC Machine Operator to fabricate and assemble parts in a warehouse/production environment. The candidate will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and measure parts to ensure quality while supporting safety and efficiency.

Preferred candidates have 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, can troubleshoot equipment, and adapt to changing demands. Day and evening shifts with potential overtime are offered.

Qualifications

• Able to read blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications to produce parts.
• Carry out fabrication and assembly of composite and metal parts.
• Read and interpret plans and shop drawings with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble composite and metal parts (sub-assemblies).

The CNC Machine Operator sets up and operates CNC machine while producing quality and meeting required production needs.SCHEDULE: Day shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM. Overtime and Saturday work may be required due to business needs.Second shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.
