Job summary

Global Power Components in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to run and maintain our Cincinnati Laser. This temp-to-hire role requires blueprints literacy, strong manufacturing experience, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

You will monitor machine operation, load programs from job folders, handle material loading, lenses, cleaning, and routine maintenance. Most team members work 45+ hours weekly and must pass a competency test and pre-employment physical.

Qualifications

• Able to read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Able to troubleshoot and solve problems in a manufacturing setting.
• Must pass competency test and pre-employment physical including drug screen.

Overview: Global Power Components is looking for machine operators with CNC experience to run and maintain our Cincinnati Laser.

• Change out lenses
• Cleaning of the machine and area surrounding the machine
• Maintenance of machine

Requirements:

• Computer literate

• Able to communicate and work well with others
• Must pass competency test, and pre-employment physical including drug screen
