Job description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Pay:

Starting pay is $18/hr. Most embroidery operators grow from $18/hour to over $20/hour within 10-12 months based on performance and annual review. 2nd shift premium of $2/hr.

Position:

Embroidery Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm

As an embroidery machine operator, you will bring the 4imprint brand to life by providing high-quality embroidery on various products using computerized, multi-head embroidery machines in a manufacturing environment.

Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of responsibilities.
  2. Program embroidery machines as shown on the work order and ensure accuracy.
  3. Sort items by color, stage, hoop, and load products onto embroidery machines.
  4. Maintain, set up, and operate embroidery machines.
  5. Finish embroidered products as specified.
  6. Participate in training and seek professional development.
  7. Assist in other areas when needed.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. If not, 4imprint supports earning this within the first year of employment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced production environment preferred.
  • Prior experience with quality control and machine operation is preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly. Refer to physical requirements form for details.
