Job description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform operations such as drilling, punching, deburring, and cutting on diversified, close-tolerance work using appropriate machines.
  • Monitor parts dimensions with jigs, fixtures, gauges, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to ensure conformity.
  • Complete necessary paperwork to document the quality of finished parts.
  • Review paperwork to determine assembly requirements and any special options.
  • Assemble components by verifying connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies according to customer orders.
  • Use precision measuring tools to check parts for correct fit and dimensions.

Qualifications & Experience

Required: 3 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 1+ years in a similar role.

Skills include:

  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as working with fractions, decimals, or percentages.
  • Ability to follow instructions and directions accurately.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills regarding work requirements, progress, or completion.
