Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Machine Operator to manage the Butter Churn during the third shift (11pm-7am). The successful candidate will operate the butter churn efficiently to meet production goals, understand the butter churning process and equipment, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, including CIP cleaning, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotate shifts as needed.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and understand processing and packaging machinery.
• Adjust machines to meet specifications.
• Set and verify printers for correct U.S.D.A. and “Sell By” dates.
• Ensure proper packaging for all products.
• Accurately complete logs and documentation following safety and SQF procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in machine operation within a manufacturing environment, especially in the food industry, is preferred.
