Position Details:

Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Sat, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $15-16 per hour

Job Description:

Operation of a Braze machine is an asset. Previous machine experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. This role requires mechanical aptitude, math skills, measurements, and the use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and seek long-term employment is essential. Experience with soldering or similar processes to join metal parts by heating to melt filler metal is beneficial.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  1. Measure dimensions of finished work to ensure specifications are met.
  2. Read work orders and instructions for product specifications and materials.
  3. Calculate material, equipment, and labor requirements for production.
  4. Maintain a high level of quality control.
  5. Excellent attendance is required.
  6. Must have some long-term work history.
  7. Ability to work overtime if needed.
  8. Stand at workstations for 10-12 hours if necessary.
  9. Some lifting may be required.
  10. High School Diploma or GED is required.
