Dentsply Sirona, the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products, is seeking a Machine Operator for their Johnson City location. This role involves working in the Brass Handle Cell during the 3rd shift, from Sunday night to Friday morning, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating auto pack, auto paint, auto assembly, and labeling machines.
• Ensuring products are assembled, labeled, painted, and packed according to specifications and Device History Records.
• Performing quality checks and machine repairs as needed.
• Handling and inspecting small, sharp components safely.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; technical certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of machine operation or related technical experience.
• Knowledge of machinery, tools, and quality control processes.

Skills:

• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to interpret procedural documents.

Physical & Environmental Conditions:

Work involves light to medium physical activity, with exposure to manufacturing environments, noise, and occasional fumes. Proper safety equipment will be provided.
