We're building our Machine Operator candidate pipeline at Design Ready Fabrication for both first and second shifts. In this hands‑on role, you'll likely be trained to operate a brake press to form and shape sheet metal while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safe operation. Depending on your interest and business needs, additional opportunities to cross‑train on other fabrication equipment and processes may be available.
