Shift Differential: $2.50 per hour on top of your base pay if you work the majority of your shift after 5:00 pm.

We are seeking an Operator to join our Bindery team in Duncan, South Carolina. You will operate machines such as the Perfect Binder, Stitcher, Folder, or Cutter to produce premium commercial print products. This role involves handling bindery work before products are packed and shipped.

Shifts available: Rotating schedule of three 12-hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM), alternating every 4 months between Monday-Wednesday and Thursday-Saturday.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Two-year Technical or Trade School diploma
• Three years’ experience as a bindery operator, cutter, folder, or booklet maker
• Experience in a manufacturing environment for 2-5 years
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
