Job description

Shift: Mon - Fri 7 AM - 3:15 PM plus overtime on weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating machinery and all auxiliary equipment safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshooting machine issues, making adjustments, and referring major problems to Team Leader, Supervisor, or Maintenance.
• Locating unfinished product in the warehouse and bringing it to the conversion area by cart or hand‑truck (no lift truck).
• Placing product on bandsaw and trimming to customer specifications per order ticket.
• Packaging finished product and labeling it in the prescribed manner.
• Manually moving finished product to the staging area.
• Keeping accurate product data and records as required.
• Maintaining good housekeeping/5S standards in the work area.
• Providing on‑the‑job training for new operators, as appropriate.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience operating machinery.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to read a measuring tape.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Manufacturing experience 1 year (Preferred).
• Night shift (Required).
• Entry‑level seniority.
