Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a production team member at our Wisconsin facilities to manually set up and operate balers, inspect equipment before and after runs, and ensure all components are secure. The role includes forklift operation and supporting continuous quality improvements.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Ability to multitask and pace production while maintaining quality and meeting machine efficiency goals for setup and run speeds.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Mathematical proficiency and ability to use a tape measure effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect baler before and after a run to ensure any necessary repairs are made before the next run.

  • Monitor quality.

  • Must be willing to work overtime as required including Saturdays when needed.
