ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Duties

1. Follow all SOPs and best practices for the AR/HV department.
2. Ensure lenses are clean of dust and debris.
3. Inspect, sort, wash, and prepare lenses for Hard Coating.
4. Operate backside coating machines.
5. Set up lenses into racks and feed racks into the Hard Coat Dipping Machine.
6. Perform visual inspection of lenses after Hard Coating.
7. Use oven to cure coating.
8. Use stripping machine to strip lens coatings or coatings from racks.
9. Reject lenses with bad coatings.
10. Assist in routing work in the AR-Preparation room.
11. Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
12. Operate computer-controlled equipment.
13. Maintain hourly production goals.
