Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The role of the Machine Operator involves processing mesh fabric into semi-finished and finished products through slitting, cutting, and stapling, following production priorities and recording material and labor usage accurately.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Safely performing slitting, klicker/guillotine cutting, mold pressing, and assembly functions, ensuring specifications are met and recording usage and production data.
• Notifying supervisors of any issues or malfunctions promptly.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: 1+ year manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities: Ability to interpret drawings, perform basic math, use tools and equipment, and obtain forklift certification. Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills are essential. Flexibility to work outside standard hours and physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds are required.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work primarily in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, moving parts, and fumes. PPE is required. Reasonable accommodations will be made for disabilities.
