Staffmark is hiring a Machine Operator Assistant in Troy, OH to help keep the coating line running smoothly. You’ll assist the coater operator, monitor adhesive levels, and help with quality checks on the production floor.

The role offers training on the 1st shift with pay of $21.42–$21.92 per hour, weekly checks, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance plus disability. Optional 401(k) plan available and a steady, team-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with coating or machine operation is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.

• Perform quality checks and complete support tasks as needed
