Job summary

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. is hiring full-time Machine Operator Assistants in Clintonville, WI, with a day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

No experience is required as paid training is provided. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift during a 12-hour shift.
• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in producing printed napkins.
• Load materials and prepare packaging supplies.
• Check product quality and accuracy (UPC codes, labels, etc.).
• Clear jams and clean machines as needed.
• Assist with cleaning printing decks and changing rolls.
• Follow all safety and food-safety procedures (GMP/SQF).
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Report issues to operators or maintenance.
• Participate in training and equipment care.

What Is a 2-2-3 Schedule?

Our rotating day shift gives you every other weekend off and only 14 workdays per month.

• Week 1: Work Mon–Tues, Off Wed–Thurs, Work Fri–Sat–Sun
• Week 2: Off Mon–Tues, Work Wed–Thurs, Off Fri–Sat–Sun

What You’ll Do
