Express Employment Professionals of Covina, CA is seeking a Machine Operator Assistant for our client in City of Industry, CA. Pay rate is $19.41 per hour. Shift hours are Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:45 PM. Work environment is a climate-controlled manufacturing setting.

You will support machine operators and help with various shop projects, contributing to smooth production and on-time goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory or machine operation.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools (like a tape measure).
• Able to follow instructions and safety rules.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help set up machines before production starts.
• Load and unload materials.
• Keep materials supplied to machines during operation.
• Assist machine operators with basic tasks.
• Check parts for quality (size, shape, defects).
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety rules and wear safety gear.
• Report any machine problems to the operator or supervisor.
