$18.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:00am
- 2nd Shift: 4:00pm (Monday through Friday)
- Night Shift: 2:00am (Monday through Friday) (Shift Differential $2.00 per hour)

Responsibilities
- Operate equipment and machines within established guidelines to ensure product quality.
- Inspect products and machine operation, making adjustments as needed.
- Organize the process area to increase production, reduce safety risks, and improve efficiency.
- Work with maintenance to improve machine reliability.
- Load and unload web-fed paper rolls.
- Learn about material paper grades.
- Collect and inspect samples during print runs for quality control.
- Adjust and maintain coater operations.
- Examine job orders for coating specifications.
- Monitor paper feed and adjust controls.
- Input production settings into automated systems.
- Respond to faults and alerts during machine operation.
- Verify product specifications.
- Maintain production records.
- Operate safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of machine operation or technician experience in a similar environment.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with rewinders, slitting, rod coating, or wide printing presses preferred.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Team-oriented with leadership abilities.
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, reach, twist, and bend.
- Mathematically inclined, familiar with fractions and measurements.
- Ability to achieve high production output in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
