Job summary

HP Cadwallader, Inc. in Harleysville, PA, is seeking a machine operator assistant for 1st and 2nd shifts. Join a family-owned, local production facility producing corrugated packaging for businesses of all sizes.

You will work on the plant floor, stand for long periods, use hand tools, and collaborate with a team to improve quality and productivity. Overtime including Saturdays may be required; bonuses are offered based on productivity.

HP Cadwallader is seeking a machine operator assistant in its Harleysville, PA production facility for 1st (5am – 2pm) and 2nd shift (2pm – 11pm).

Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Ability to use hand tools and other trade-type tools.
• Ability to be standing for long periods of time and work in tight confined spaces.
• Flexibility in changing priorities. Ability to work independently. Willingness to assist in all jobs on the plant floor.
• Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, as necessary.
• Work closely with other production personnel as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of improving quality and increasing productivity.
• Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems.
