Shillington Box Co., a TRG company and affiliate of Schwarz Partners, currently has exciting opportunities available for 2nd shift Machine Operators at our St Louis, MO facility! As a Machine Operator, you will assist operators on the Flexo Folder Gluers, Die Cutting Machines, Baler, etc.

The Royal Group’s mission is to provide value-added solutions to the most demanding customers.

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing Corrugated experience preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and dependable with time management skills.
  • Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality.
  • Ability to perform basic computer operations.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions.
  • The willingness to function effectively in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing (background check, drug screen, and physical abilities test).
