Job Title: Machine Operator Assistant

Job Overview:
Nesco Resource is seeking a Machine Operator Assistant for a short-term contract role supporting production operations at a manufacturing facility in Gates, NY. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with clean room experience who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Pay: $17.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Assignment Type: Contract (Approximately 6 to 12 Weeks)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Doming Operator with daily production activities.

• Load and unload product racks with care and efficiency.

• Occasionally perform light inspection tasks to ensure product quality.

• Maintain cleanroom standards and follow safety protocols.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• No doming experience required – training provided.

• Clean room experience preferred.

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in a production environment.

• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
