Machine Operators & Assemblers

Join our growing team at our Hopkinton, MA facility. Responsibilities include manufacturing and assembling molded parts, operating molding equipment, and performing tasks such as trimming, cleaning, priming, and identifying parts. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Work collaboratively, cross-train as needed, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Must be able to read and interpret work instructions, routings, specs, and production documentation, and record production data accurately.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify and use proper materials, such as color codes and trimming methods.
• Operate molding equipment.
• Trim molded parts with small hand tools to remove flash.
• Clean, mark, paint, or identify parts as per instructions.
• Check work quality and notify supervisors of issues, making corrections as instructed.

Qualification Requirements:

• Ability to follow routings and instruction sheets.
• Perform repetitive motions on small and medium-sized parts.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Ability to work from oral and written instructions.
• Maintain a clean work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Label and pack parts as required.
• Maintain necessary documentation such as labor cards or change notices.
