Job summary

Jobtailor in Danbury, CT is seeking a production operator to set up and run machinery according to work orders. You will monitor and adjust processes to meet quality and throughput goals, and perform checks on finished parts.

Responsibilities include tooling, parametrization, deviations handling, and supporting maintenance during inspections and repairs. English communication and ability to lift are required to succeed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Good communication in English required.
  • Operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Be able to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; US Person per export controls.
