Job summary

Penz Products in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a dependable operator to run thermoforming machines, trim and assemble parts in our plastics plant. We provide hands‑on training, emphasize safety, and take pride in quality workmanship.

Shift: Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm with hours that could vary. You will learn to operate equipment, check parts, and maintain a tidy, safe workspace while pursuing cross-training opportunities in our steel plant.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience welcomed but training provided.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Willingness to learn and safety‑minded.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate thermoforming machines that shape plastic into finished products.
• Trim, drill, and assemble parts using production equipment and hand tools.
• Check finished parts for quality and follow work instructions.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Cross-training opportunities may include operating presses and brake presses in our steel plant.

Looking for hands-on work where you can learn new skills? Penz Products is hiring a dependable person to operate production equipment and assemble parts in our plastics plant. Manufacturing experience is helpful, but we will train someone who is willing to learn, works safely, and takes pride in doing a good job.

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm but hours could vary
