Job summary

Fleet Engineers in Muskegon, MI, part of the Tramec family, is seeking an Injection Molding Press Operator to support a busy manufacturing line.

You will operate injection molding presses, monitor process quality, and help implement line improvements in a hands-on environment focused on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and experience.
• Technically oriented with knowledge of manufacturing systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate Injection Molding Presses.
• Monitor processes and quality of parts.
• Participate in the development and implementation of all line improvements if applicable.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Shift

Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm but hours could vary
