At Easton we take pride in our American made products. Our manufacturing team produces the finest quality archery products and custom tubing in the world.

We are currently looking for a Machine Operator in our metal finishing area. You would be responsible for setting up and maintaining Anodize equipment and processes including calibrating product and making the necessary machine adjustments to ensure a quality product.

Schedule

A highly desirable 1st shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, 5:00AM - 3:30PM with OT on Fridays as needed

Responsibilities

• Set-up, run and maintain machinery
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Perform visual inspections
• Complete hourly buyoffs, and document information
• Run the Anodize line (hoists, control panel)
• Troubleshoot quality issues
• Rack/De-rack arrows and tent tubes
• Inspect product and remove defective parts
• Record causes of defective parts
• Perform buyoffs and production forms accurately

• Basic understanding of math
• Attention to detail and good eyesight
• Speak, understand, read, and write English
• Ability to lift 25 LBS
