Job summary

ResourceMFG in Houston seeks Machine Operators and Saw Operators to run bandsaws, lathes, milling machines and grinders within the Piping & Structural Fabrication Departments. You will read blueprints and follow product specifications while maintaining safety and quality.

Shift options include 2nd shift from 5:30 pm to 3:30 am with a differential; or 1st shift from 6:00 am to 5:30 pm. Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience. Please bring a resume and steel-toed footwear.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years fabrication experience
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand for 8-10 hour shifts
• Resume required

Machine Operators and Saw Operators

The machine operator is responsible for operating equipment such as bandsaws, lathes, milling machines, and grinders within the Piping & Structural Fabrication Departments.

Duties:

• Operate machinery such as saws, lathes, milling machines and grinders.


• Operate overhead cranes.


• Maintain raw material inventories.


• Ability to read blueprints and follow product specification instructions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years fabrication experience


• Able to lift up to 50 lbs


• Able to stand for 8-10 hour shifts


• Resume required

Pay: $20 -$25 depends on experience. 2nd shift differential pay.

Shift: 2nd shift – 5:30 pm – 3:30 am

Shift: 1st shift – 6:00am – 5:30pm
