Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Amada Press Brake and apply folds to sheet metal.
• Conduct in-process inspections and perform additional duties as assigned.

Ability to program using BendCam software

Ability to utilize hand inspection tools

Job description

Job Title: Machine Operator (Press Brake) – 1st Shift - 6:30am - 2:30pm

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate Amada Press Brake (RG 80, RG-50, FBD1025 and Astro Robotic cell)
2. Apply folds to fabricated sheet metal parts per drawing requirements
3. Required to do in process inspection
4. All other duties as assigned

Qualities:

1. Ability to utilize a FaB III press brake w/AMNC-PC controller
2. Ability to program using BendCam software
3. Ability to utilize an Amada Press Brake (RG80, RG50 and RG25)
4. Ability to utilize Amada NC-9EXII Controller
5. Capable of using hand inspection tools (i.e. calipers)

Minimum Experience:

1. High School graduate or equivalent
2. Minimum of 3 years prior related experience
