Remedy Staffing in Iowa seeks dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operators for a fast-paced facility 20 minutes west of Cedar Rapids. You will operate and monitor production equipment to help ensure quality, safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and comfortable in a team setting.

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd; pay $20–$24 per hour with potential shift differentials. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; ability to follow instructions; strong attention

Manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment.
Perform machine setups and changeovers.
Support packaging, labeling, and production activities.
Conduct quality inspections and complete production records.
Perform basic equipment cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Handle materials, palletize products, and prepare shipments.
Follow safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
Work collaboratively to meet production goals and improve efficiency.
