Where you’ll work…

This role is based at our new West Milwaukee facility, launching this summer, featuring high-tech production lines and automation. Until then, training occurs at our Canal Street location in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley.

When you’ll work…

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Saturday (possible Sundays). Overtime available.

What You’ll Do…

As an Operator A, you’ll ensure high-speed dough and production lines operate smoothly, requiring technical knowledge and ownership of equipment performance.

• Operate and adjust complex machinery with minimal supervision
• Perform equipment setups, monitor performance, and make adjustments
• Check product quality and appearance
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards
• Ensure machinery is ready for startup
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence

Why you’ll be successful…

• At least 1 year of machine operation experience in manufacturing
• Understanding of machine functions and maintenance
