Position Summary: We are seekin detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Machine Operators and Assemblers. In this entry-level, temp-to-hire position, you will be responsible for operating machinery, performing assembly tasks, and ensuring the quality of plastic components. This role involves continuous physical activity and a commitment to maintaining production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
● Operate and monitor production machinery to produce plastic automotive components. ● Perform assembly tasks according to specifications and quality standards.
● Conduct visual inspections to identify and address product flaws or inconsistencies. ● Maintain a clean and organized work area.
● Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
● Accurately read, write, and communicate in English.
Qualifications:
● High School Diploma or GED required.
● Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
● Must be at least 18 years of age
● Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
● Ability to stand for extended periods and perform continuous lifting.
● Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
