JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you ready to play a crucial role in our production process? We are seeking a dedicated Production Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate our envelope production machines at our climate-controlled Butler facility, near Milwaukee. Machine Operators safely run our high-speed envelope machines in a production environment. Responsibilities include examining work orders to meet specifications, inspecting product quality using tools like rulers, and packing envelopes neatly while maintaining machine speed. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help uphold our high standards and ensure top-notch products for our customers. Benefits include 80 hours of paid vacation and up to 3 sick days within your first year, all within a climate-controlled setting. SHIFT AVAILABLE: 1st Shift 6:30am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Load, unload, and move materials, tooling, and finished products within the plant.
  • Operate hand trucks for material handling.
  • Record units of materials handled daily.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling.
  • Ensure product quality, maintain supplies, and adhere to inspection procedures.
  • Maintain machine speeds and setup according to supervisor instructions.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior experience operating manufacturing machines.
  • Manual dexterity and strong initiative.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with decimals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous manufacturing experience.
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to stand for entire shift, lift up to 20 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Repetitive grasping, twisting, reaching, bending, and stooping.
  • Touch, visual acuity, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
