Job summary

Sauer Brands, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to operate production equipment and maintain continuous product flow. The role involves QA documentation, safety procedures, and teamwork on a 4-day work week with Fridays off, 1st and 2nd shifts available.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and prior machine operating experience; food manufacturing is a plus. PLC-equipped form/fill equipment experience is a plus, and a strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent (or combined education/experience).
• Prior Machine Operator experience.
• Manufacturing experience in food is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate vertical form or horizontal fill equipment with PLC electronics.
• Maintain continuous product flow and assist troubleshooting.
• Complete QA and production reports and communicate clearly with team.
• Safely operate pallet jack and move materials as needed.
• Perform area cleaning to meet GMP/SQF requirements.
• Follow safety, GMP procedures and policies.
