Essential Functions / Funciones Esenciales

• Use a chain hoist to load raw aluminum material onto machines. Usar un polipasto de cadena para cargar material de aluminio en las máquinas.
• Program and simultaneously operate multiple machines. Programar y operar múltiples máquinas al mismo tiempo.
• Adjust guides/cutters based on specific work instructions. Ajustar guías/cortadores según las instrucciones específicas de trabajo.
• Inspect the quality of produced fins/turbulators hourly. Inspeccionar la calidad de las aletas/turbuladores producidos cada hora.
• Document, label, and store fins/turbulators after processing. Documentar, etiquetar y almacenar las aletas/turbuladores después de ser procesados.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines as needed. Realizar mantenimiento preventivo en las máquinas según sea necesario.
• Perform tolerance checks as required by work instructions. Realizar revisiones de tolerancia según lo requerido por las instrucciones.
• Meet production quotas assigned by the Lead or Supervisor. Cumplir con las cuotas de producción asignadas por el líder o supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area. Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura.

Physical Demands / Exigencias Físicas
