Job summary

R&M Manufacturing in Buffalo, MN, is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain sheet metal equipment, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will read blueprints, measure parts with calipers and gauges, perform inspections, and troubleshoot as needed. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Foundation to succeed as an operator, entry level or experienced; training provided.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is required.
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are essential.
• Must be able to lift/carry and perform physical tasks as described.
• Commitment to safety and following procedures is expected.

Job Overview: A Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment. Machine Operators must follow safety protocols and production guidelines to meet company standards. Qualifications

• Accurately work with calipers, squares, gauges, protractors, and other measuring tools
• Have good math ability and problem solving skills
• Read and interpret blueprints efficiently
• Perform physical actions which may include frequent bending, twisting, reaching, walking, consistent standing, and the ability to lift/carry and push/pull objects
