Job summary

Eaton's ES GEIS CHD division in Meadow Lands, PA, is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am). You will operate production equipment including welders, presses, benders and switchboxes, monitor operations, and record data to ensure product quality.

Require a high school diploma and willingness to work overtime, including weekends. Relocation is not offered; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Meadowlands. Eaton provides health and retirement benefits accordingly.

Eaton's ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Machine Operator - 3rd Shift. Eaton's Crouse-Hinds Business in Meadow Lands, PA is part of the Commercial Products Group. This facility manufactures and assembles products for commercial electrical distribution. The core hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The hourly rate for this position is $19.74 per hour plus $1.00/hr shift differential. The base rate increases after 6 months to $20.78/hour.

What you’ll do:

• Operate production equipment, including but not limited to welders, presses, benders, and switchboxes in accordance to work instructions.
• Operate machines, monitor the equipment operations, and record operational production data.
• Inspect finished products for quality per standard work instructions.
• Complete production reports to communicate production output to management.
• Maintain housekeeping in work area.
• Perform overhead work on one or more lines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
