Job summary

ResourceMFG in Santa Teresa, NM is seeking a reliable Machine Operator for the third shift (11 PM to 7 AM) with mandatory overtime. Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Set up machines for production runs and make adjustments as needed.
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper performance.
• Inspect finished products to verify quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems to maintenance or supervisors.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Accurately complete production and quality control documentation.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production-related duties as assigned.
