Cremer North America is hiring a Line Tech/Machine Operator to keep our filling lines running smoothly. You will operate bottling and packaging equipment, follow safety rules, and work with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed or in progress.
• Experience with bottling, packaging, or filling machines is preferred but training is available.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Good eyesight including color and depth perception; able to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Willing to wear PPE and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and meet production skill requirements.
• Follow quality and safety rules, wear PPE and hair nets as required.
• Switch machines for different products and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Track downtime and report quality issues.

Your Job as a Line Tech/Machine Operator:

As part of our production team, you’ll make sure the machines that fill our products keep running smoothly. You’ll report to the Shift Supervisor, operate the equipment, troubleshoot small issues, and help out with tasks along the production line.

What You Need:

Education: High school diploma or GED (or working on it). Extra training or certification is a bonus but not required.

Experience: It’s great if you’ve worked with bottling, packaging, or filling machines, but we can train you if you haven’t.

Physical Requirements: Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials up to 40 lbs regularly. Expect to be on your feet for long periods.

Attention to Detail: You need good eyesight (including color and depth perception) and the ability to do the same tasks repeatedly without mistakes.

Communication: You should be able to understand instructions and write clearly when needed.

Safety: You must be willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety rules.

Team Player: We value a positive attitude and people who work well with others to keep production moving smoothly.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Operate machines and met the necessary skill levels.
