Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Worker in Charlotte, NC to operate on the production line with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. You will follow written and verbal instructions, maintain clean work areas, and assist in meeting production targets.

Applicants should be able to stand for 8–12 hours, lift up to 35 lbs, and complete required safety training. Team collaboration and adherence to policies are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Must work well in team environment.
• Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift.
• Use of hands and fingers to perform job function.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
