Job summary

Printful is seeking a detail‑oriented Machine Maintenance Associate to operate and maintain powered industrial equipment in a modern fulfillment facility. Training will be provided on a new shift later in the year as part of on‑the‑job development.

You will support production by adjusting equipment, performing TPM, scheduling repairs, and training staff while maintaining logs and SOPs. Join a global, inclusive team dedicated to getting things done.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift objects weighing 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Adjusting and improving production equipment settings (speed/quality) to ensure peak performance and minimal damage rates.
• Maintaining equipment with a TPM approach to identify issues early and prevent breakdowns.
• Scheduling equipment repairs and informing supervisors and managers of large issues.
• Cleaning all assigned equipment to maintain appearance.
• Monitoring spare parts and inventory levels and reordering as needed.
• Following technical manuals and maintenance guides and helping create SOPs.
• Keeping a maintenance log and updated schedule of work performed.
• Testing new machinery and helping train employees on their use.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

About the role

At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our Maintenance Team plays an important part in achieving that goal. That’s why we’re looking for a detail-oriented Machine Maintenance Associate to join us. In this position, you’ll operate our powered industrial equipment to move supplies through the facility, so our teams have what they need to create and fulfill customer orders. The requirements are below, but what matters most is that you’re willing to learn. This position includes on‑job training for using your work equipment and opportunities to grow within the company.

Please note: Training will be on a different shift- our 4th shift will begin later in the year.

Your daily tasks will include

• Adjusting and improving production equipment settings (speed/quality) to ensure peak performance and minimal damage rates
• Maintaining equipment with a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach to identify issues early, prevent equipment breakdowns, and avoid interruptions in production
• Scheduling equipment repairs and informing Area Supervisors and Production Managers if you notice any larger issues or patterns
• Cleaning all assigned equipment to maintain visual appearance
• Monitoring all spare parts and overall inventory levels, and reordering needed items
• Following all technical manuals and maintenance guides, and helping create standard operating procedures for using machinery and equipment
• Following a regularly updated maintenance schedule and keeping a maintenance log to document technical issues and work done
• Testing new machinery and equipment, and helping train employees on their use
• Performing other duties as assigned
