Job summary

Hanline Foods is hiring a 2nd Shift Machine Operator for our Shelby, OH facility. You will set up, operate, and monitor production machinery, ensuring quality and efficiency while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

We offer full-time hours with a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM schedule, overtime opportunities, and weekly pay. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and growth opportunities as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of machine operation or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery.
• Make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and light maintenance.
