Position:

Davis Wire is currently seeking Production Workers for our Kent, WA location. These roles have the responsibility to produce and create the many products that the company offers.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate machinery to draw, coil, and produce various types of wire and wire products
2. Work with co-workers, supervisors and maintenance to troubleshoot issues with machines or material
3. Maintain a clean work environment
4. Be compliant with all safety regulations
5. Read, understand and follow production schedule

Qualifications:

1. Must be able to lift/carry at least 75 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs safely
2. Must have reliable transportation and attendance
3. Must be able to become certified and operate a forklift safely
4. Must be able to pass pre-employment background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings
5. Must be at least 18 years old – due to work environment

1. 12 Days on/2 days off
2. 1st shift – 7:00am-3:30pm
3. 2nd shift – 3:00pm-11:30pm

Pay and other information:

1. $21.00+/per hour depending on experience with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $6 per hour in incentive pay depending on position.
