Summary

Responsible for machinery ownership and production goals. Ensures compliance with company policies and food safety protocols while collaborating with management and QC teams to eliminate risks and meet production targets.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must lift up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally over 75 pounds.

Candidate Qualifications
  • Preferred: Some machine operating experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Food manufacturing or warehouse experience
Other Skills & Abilities
  • Understanding of the job process
  • Ensure product quality
  • Knowledge of scales and tape guns
  • Food safety training (GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF)
  • Verify correct labeling and packaging to prevent contamination

Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Shift Hours

2nd Shift: 2:00 pm - 12:00 am, Monday - Thursday. May require 1st shift training.

Compensation & Benefits

$17.50 - $19.50/hr DOE + shift differential. Full benefits, free life insurance, holidays, paid vacation and sick leave.
