Machine Operator 2nd shift - ($21.75 to $25.58)

Join Parker Hannifin as a Machine Operator 2nd shift and earn between $21.75 to $25.58.

Position Overview

Responsible for operating, setting up, and adjusting production equipment. Assists with equipment setup, debugging, and maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Operate, set up, and adjust production machinery as needed.
  • Monitor equipment and report malfunctions to supervision or maintenance.
  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Service equipment (greasing, lubricating, coolant addition).
  • Approve inspection reports.
  • Meet production standards.
  • Complete relevant paperwork (production, inspection, downtime, SPC charts).
  • Train new employees as required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Follow safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
  • Ensure quality and safety of work, and comply with company policies.
Qualifications

Minimum: Eighth grade education; preferred: High school diploma and six months of work experience. Deviations require VP approval.

Equipment & Physical Requirements

Must purchase basic hand tools. Able to lift up to 50 pounds; pushing/pulling may require more effort.
